If anyone is interested in chairing a kayaking group on the lake please contact social committee member Lynne Johnson (lynne.n.mike@gmail.com). This could be really low key such as meeting at the lighthouse every Friday at 7:00 for a group paddle around the lake. You name it!!!

A harbinger of spring? Just a few of our resident Bald Eagles out for a day of fishing on the lake. Won’t be long and we can join them!

Paul and Andrianna West, lakefront neighbors on NE Shore Dr, need our help.
Andrianna has been in treatment for the past three years for peripheral T-cell lymphoma – an uncommon, often fatal, form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Her medical team is recommending a stem cell transplant. This offers her the best hope of survival. The transplant requires one month of hospitalization and several months of intensive follow-up with 24/7 care giving.
To help offset the extraordinary expense of stem cell transplantation costs, a fundraising campaign in Andrianna’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for nearly 30 years.
To read more and see how you can help please see the attached.
A fundraiser, “Blues and Wine for Andrianna” is being held Mar 11 at the Kennedy School with legendary artist Lloyd Jones playing his acoustic guitar, hors d’oeuvres, wine, a silent auction and a Wall of Wine. For a flyer of the event, feel free to email me.
For more information, a flyer of the event, or evite, please email AWestBenefit@aol.com
No matter how much you help large or small anything will help. We have a neighbor facing one of the most diffcult times of her life, keep her in your prayers.
